You can choose between a refund exchange or a credit where goods are wrongly described, incorrectly supplied or the product is different from a sample shown to you or the product simply doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.

In the event of any unfortunate mistake on our behalf, we accept the freight charges to rectify the problem. However if stateoforigin.com.au is not at fault then the freight charges will be passed on to the party involved.
